If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• Due to the nature of our products, slight variations in design and flowers may occur and are not considered faults

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.
